There is a Secret Space Program (SSP) which has been developed without the public’s knowledge, using “black budget” funds to facilitate what amounts to a separate, off-the-books global financial system. The SSP involves a series of highly-classified military projects utilizing advanced anti-gravity and free-energy technologies which have been secretly developed in underground military research facilities since the end of WWII.

Recent evidence indicates that while publicly-acknowledged space programs such as NASA are tightly budgeted and maintained by a government already heavily in debt, secret development of advanced space technology continues apace by an untouchable, elite corporate cabal, unhindered by public accountability or congressional oversight.

This rogue group has been referred to as the ‘Breakaway Civilization’ – a term coined by noted UFO historian and scholar Richard Dolan. The group allegedly consists of a small, very elite group of extremely wealthy individuals – the One Percent of the 1% – who have seen their already enormous wealth explode even further in recent years, along with advances in ‘black’ technology.

Researchers have alluded to a system of hidden finance which has placed the U.S. intelligence community in the role of global policy-makers. These funds include profits from the narcotics trade, money-laundering and human trafficking.

Multi-trillion dollar financial fraud and back-door market manipulations are further implements used to finance these programs aided by the privatized, centralized, proprietary governance necessitated by extreme secrecy. The seemingly endless global financial scandals are further evidence of the accounting mechanisms used to transfer vast amounts of wealth to the Breakaway Civilization.

For centuries, there have been confirmed encounters with UFOs and their occupants all over the world. The energy and technological implications of these amazing craft – which are clearly not powered by conventional means – and the political forces blocking any changes to our current highly destructive energy paradigm, are well worth researching.

If you think that refurbished ancient rocket technology is the best we can do in 2016 – think again. You’d have to be pretty naïve to consider shooting projectiles into the upper atmosphere “high-tech.” Just look at how far the rest of our science has come. The best stuff is classified…and has been for quite some time.

‘Free-energy’ technology would be considered a grave threat to America’s national security if it ever got into the ‘wrong hands’ (i.e., the general public’s). Naturally, the One Percent will do everything they can to prevent this from happening.

Corporate interests and advanced military space programs have been colluding behind the scenes, hidden from public scrutiny for far too long. Raytheon, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Boeing; these are just a few of the global heavy hitters actively denying advanced technology to mankind.

These life-saving advances must be exposed and exploited if humanity is to survive.

The SSP is the elite’s biggest secret, and it must be kept at all costs. The reason the super-rich don’t appear to be very interested in saving the Earth’s environment is because they already know it’s too late and they plan to evacuate the planet when the ecosystem finally collapses for good. It makes perfect sense now.

The Breakaway Civilization is focused mainly on the development and acquisition of ultra-high technology by any means necessary for the SSP. The group hoards this technology for the sake of their own future survival beyond Earth. It is a huge “black” industry with its own massive infrastructure, administration and organization.

They develop and produce technology for commerce both with representatives of Earth and off-world groups. The Breakaway Civilization likely maintains permanent bases on the moon, Mars, and probably other moons and planets in the solar system as well.

No wonder they care so little about trivial matters such as ‘climate change.’
