Like we’ve never seen this charade before.

The US has been trying to provoke Iran into war ever since we pulled out of the nuclear treaty in 2017 and now that The Evil Ones have finally struck gold with the illegal drone strike assassination of Iranian General Qassem Suleimani in Iraq. Exactly according to plan, Iran has vowed ‘harsh revenge’ against America.

Oh, golly gee gosh. I sure didn’t see this coming. War with Iran? Who knew?

So now suddenly we have a PRESIDENT, right? Start a war and a PRESIDENT you shall become – all in caps. How brave and righteous and “tough-talking” and not totally corrupt and despotic he suddenly appears. Now, everyone – Democrats and Republicans alike – will rally ‘round our fearless leader to SUPPORT OUR TROOPS in their criminal mission to further destabilize the Middle East for the sake of more weapons sales and higher oil prices for The Evil Ones. Whoo hoo!

According to US “officials” Suleimani was planning to attack Americans. Like we’re supposed to suddenly believe the inveterate liar and Dominionist scum Mike Pompeo? Like former Boeing CEO Mike Esper should be believed simply because he’s the Secretary of War now? WTF?

No matter. Soon all opposing viewpoints will be shut out of what counts as ‘debate’ in this country and we will all join hands in celebration of our righteous cause…of selling more weapons and delivering higher oil prices…

The MIC (Military-Industrial-Complex) world view was thoroughly discredited long ago, and the blow-back from their ‘intervene everywhere’ mindset has without a doubt made us all far less safe. But it has also clearly enriched the investor class and made the death merchants’ stocks soar to unprecedented levels. Which is why we have the MSM cheerleaders telling us who to hate and where we need to invade next: “Keep them bombs dropping, keep those share prices rising…”

But hey look, America: no longer need we be concerned that the unelected traitor in the White House should be removed from office. We’ve got more important business to take care of!

Saving our democracy? Meh, it can wait. Impeachment? That’s trivial now that we got babies to kill! Now tRump is our brave and righteous and fearless leader, standing up to those evil Iranians and leading his nation grudgingly – but assuredly – into yet another pointless conflict started by the US of A. We all must stand by him or be labeled “unpatriotic!”

Looks like Americans can all pretty much kiss our foreign travel plans goodbye this summer. Travel restrictions will soon apply. No one’s safety can be guaranteed, you see. There’s a war on and nothing can stop it. We all must make sacrifices…except for all the rich people, of course. They will be raking in another huge windfall this year!

And we can all be proud.

The Evil Ones are having their war whether ANYONE likes it or not. As if this nation isn’t war weary enough already. No worries – there are enough psychotic baby-killers still enlisted, ready to step in and get pardoned for any war crimes they commit while in the service to their god. Then they can come home and shoot up a mosque! USA! USA!

And boy, get ready for the utterly shameful coverage of this “conflict” by our supposedly LIBERAL MEDIA. Oh, sure, The New York Times may run a critical editorial here or there, Rolling Stone might complain, but prepare for the lock-step, slavish support from the MSM for yet another illegal war.

Get ready for the polls showing 80% of Americans supporting military action against Iran. Get ready for ZERO public protests. Get ready for journalists losing their jobs if they dare to speak the truth. Get ready for the disgusting shows of over-the-top “Patriotism” everywhere! Get ready to support our fucking troops all over again.

Get ready for ALL OF IT.
