Donald Trump not only gets more network TV time than the other Republicans: he gets more time than all the other Republicans and all of the Democrats combined.

I have never seen the MSM show such rank political promotion before.  Poor, poor Bernie Sanders.

The “liberal media” is a myth found only in the land of fairy tales and unicorns. On the other hand, the commercial for-hire gunslinger corporate mainstream media [MSM] is very real. Bernie Sanders will never get anything but a cold shoulder from them because they know he could be a real danger. They are fully aware they need to silence his voice and his message as quickly as possible. They recognize a potential threat when they see one.

So it shouldn’t be a surprise that Bernie is ignored while Trump is covered day and night by all major news outlets. It’s not a surprise to the people who actually give a shit about the issues that really matter – or those who desperately seek a Presidential candidate who will address some of those issues.

It’s like, Duh.

It’s not surprising that the media focuses laser-like on a former reality TV personality like Trump. Donald Trump basks in the limelight of constant media attention while once again making America the laughing stock of the world. Meanwhile behind the scenes a serious, intelligent, man with an actual plan to move the country forward works tirelessly for support from real Americans living in the real world. Media coverage will never help Bernie Sanders. His success is the hands of the American people.

It is much easier to get audiences all fired up over a wealthy cretin full of bigotry and hate than it is to promote a candidate that will seriously discuss the many real problems America faces.

The MSM knows its audience, particularly when it comes to the right wing morons – but even the New York Times has refused to give Sanders the coverage he deserves. No surprises there. The MSM has consistently aided and abetted Trump in his campaign while consisting trying to undermine Sanders as a radical “socialist”.

The darker reason behind this is that the MSM is owned by six major corporations. They absolutely do not want a critically thinking population that will take the time to analyze all of the problems we have.

Truly, we are facing an American Pravda-style propaganda machine. There are large segments of the US population that seem incapable of recognizing the difference between choosing a president and reality TV. That’s because there is no difference.

This is proof of the failure of the American education system, the result of excess anti-intellectualism, right wing propaganda – and far too much religion.
