Corporate media outlets are obviously major participants in the totalitarian political system.

The US is an advanced totalitarian state controlled by global oligarchs. The US military-industrial junta and its media sycophants are little more than predatory tools in the hands of this exclusive cabal. They use their vast wealth and power to destroy democracy and all public institutions by privatizing as much of the commonwealth as possible. They are global parasites in every sense.

The MSM must take their fair share of the blame. The mainstream media’s prime directive is to obfuscate, excuse, and validate the destruction of democratic institutions around the world on behalf of their evil masters.

The US has been slowly implementing a form of “friendly” fascism for years, from the top down. Fascism isn’t always abruptly imposed through violent coup. Sometimes it must be embraced gradually by the masses. And because the US itself is an economic entity, it’s no surprise that we adopted class-based fascism. We’ve already stripped our poor of a shopping list of fundamental civil and human rights, and it somehow just seems natural because the public was successfully “re-educated” regarding US poverty back in the 1980s. What we have now is “trickle-up fascism.” Only recently has it started to nip at the heels of the middle class.

Does anybody remember Bush’s eight years of stunning ineptitude as leader of the ‘Free World?’ Or was it so horrible that people have collective amnesia? The corporate media kneeled down and licked George W. Bush’s boots, even though he was totally unfit to be president. Why would anyone think the MSM would do anything differently with this current carnival barker trashing the institutions of the country?

The MSM loved Bush; they loved his wars; they loved all the brightly-colored alerts, threats and warnings of imminent terror attacks. They went to White House parties and laughed with him about searching for WMDs under his desk. They shoved their insidious brand of patriotism down our throats. Oh, man, they couldn’t get enough of it!

The MSM has never held the GOP to account for anything. They never reported on the worst abuses of Obama, either, for that matter (Drones). The MSM behave much the same as Pravda. For all the talk about the ’liberal media,’ MSM takes a very corporate –friendly view on the world, totally at odds with the needs of most people. If you want to know why so few people trust the media these days just look at their business practices and their pro-establishment editorial stance.

It’s why they sabotaged Bernie Sanders: because he sees his job as actually serving the public. That’s why the so-called left has got such a huge hurdle. That’s why we need a real alternative media…

The MSM serves its purpose well. It cares about advertising revenue and nothing else. Journalistic integrity is not something that senior management is concerned with. Remember how horribly Bush led the US?

Expect much worse.
