Last week I had the displeasure of reading an amazing piece of propaganda by author Peter Dreier entitled, I Don’t Care Who Killed JFK / The question of who killed JFK will never be resolved.
Hit-pieces like this show just how out of touch with reality some of those on the so-called “progressive” left really are. Dr. Dreier is described as “an American urban policy analyst, author, liberal commentator, and college political science professor” on Wikipedia. He is also a tool. And he is most likely on the CIA payroll, like a lot of pretend “liberal commentators.”
So, the fascists who killed JFK don’t matter? It doesn’t matter who distorted our democracy and took over our country through what amounted to a coup d’état? The ramifications of this blatant act have left us bereft of true leadership, and with Donald J. Trump as president.
“Let’s just put it behind us!” is essentially what he is saying. But this is a statement made by someone who’s in league with the perpetrators, whether overtly or covertly – not by a so-called liberal commentator. America is what it is today because of all the times we “just put it behind us” instead of getting to the bottom of a problem and making an attempt to resolve the situation constructively.
America is still coming to grips with the Civil War, for Chrissakes!
JFK tried to abolish the Federal Reserve; he fired the head of CIA and he stood up to corporate malfeasance. Kennedy kept getting in the way of all the violence that Allen Dulles and his gang of traitors wished to engage in. JFK refused to fight in Cuba or the Soviet Union or Viet Nam or East Germany, and he supported African independence and the right of self-determination.
He wanted permanent nuclear disarmament along with a meaningful, lasting peace with his enemies.
He was working cooperatively with Fidel Castro and Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev, as Eisenhower had tried to do prior to the Gary Powers U2-shootdown sabotage – also orchestrated by Allen Dulles. He tried to force Israel to resolve the “Palestinian Issue” and curb nuclear proliferation.
The CIA was busy overthrowing governments in Iran, Guatemala, the Congo, Viet Nam and elsewhere around the world. Kennedy kept getting in the way.
Those same people – figuratively if not literally – are still in charge today, and they no longer choose to remain behind the proverbial curtain. It’s right out in the open. They keep the public destabilized and the information too redacted for anyone to connect the dots.
They’re only afraid of three words: “follow the money,” because that is how you find the crooks…
Our current lack of legitimate mainstream news and the clear use of propaganda for numbing public awareness is just thinly disguised mind-control. As our attention span shortens, we are overwhelmed by the sensational and the stupid. This creates a general feeling of helplessness, because nothing makes any sense anymore.
Dividing us is the ultimate purpose; it makes us easy to conquer and control. It’s not incompetence or poor reporting by the alleged ‘Fake News’ outlets or some such nonsense. It is totally by design – designed by those who would rule.
The real truth is that the wretched state of the American mainstream media [MSM] isn’t by accident. It’s clear evidence of the ongoing subversion by those ‘shadow government’ pirates who control every aspect of our lives.
Those who intend to create a New World Order are not asking for our permission. The back-room politics of the Patriot Act negated all remaining civil liberties, and Citizens United destroyed any possibility of democratic rule. International trade treaties crafted by un-elected corporate tools are produced which supersede American laws – and the sovereign rule of all nations, for that matter. All this to make the people literal serfs in their swell ‘new world order.’
Most of the time I feel as if I’ve been cast in a bad science fiction movie – They Live, or Idiocracy, without the humor. People in America behave like drones; like Stepford Wives automatons in some kind of mind-controlled stupor – all the while believing they are living in a free society. Repeat after me: YOU ARE FREE TO DO AS WE TELL YOU! (Thank you, Bill Hicks..).
The effects of this sophisticated mind-control are literally stupefying. A recent study confirmed that, “There are certain conclusions that we accept as incontrovertible, which have been in fact carefully implanted into our collective psyche through propaganda.”
In Dwight D. Eisenhower’s final Presidential address he told us who our real enemies are (the Military-Industrial Complex) and how they are undermining our democratic institutions. They are the real clear and present danger to the foundation of our failing American experiment. Soon after Ike’s speech, the thugs moved in.
Back in 1963, with our new young president [JFK], we had hope, and we were beginning to see real change. We were looking toward the moon and beyond, and people had virtually unlimited possibilities to succeed in our society back then. College was cheap. Upward mobility was a reality. The feudalism of robber barons was once and for all doomed.
And then it wasn’t.
November 22, 1963 wasn’t an assassination by a lone commie gunman. It was a coup. Pure and simple. The list of those who took power immediately thereafter and maintain it today are the enemies of humanity who diverted public attention from their treasonous act by pulling off the ‘false flag’ that led to the war with Viet Nam. That insidious move by the Military Industrial Complex established the Shadow Government, flying a true Skull & Bones pirate flag.
John F. Kennedy was the most revered American leader outside of his own country, ever – no one before or since has even come close. Not even Obama. Eastern Europeans admired him for standing up to the Soviets, under whose repression they lived. Anyone who lived through those terrifying years can understand the importance of the light in that darkness which America represented. It was a time when America was still held up as a beacon of democracy and freedom, and Kennedy embodied the hopes and dreams of an entire generation.
That he was a flawed human being is beyond dispute; and I encourage any of his flawless critics to speak out. But Kennedy spoke like a man, not a salesman, and he had a genuine compassion for humanity, unlike the politicians of today who only look for that revolving door upon retirement. Regardless of who concocted the plot – and Allen Dulles is the most likely suspect – and regardless of who pulled the trigger, Kennedy was killed in his own country by his own government; at the hands of his fellow compatriots.
“I don’t care who killed JFK,” writes Dreier. “It is a diversion and a waste of time.” This is precisely the kind of lazy thinking that has allowed the coup to continue for the last 54 years, unhindered.
Let’s talk about the responsibility of the so-called “greatest generation” and the Fourth Estate to expose the plot that killed our last legitimate President: Too many Americans did nothing back then, and that in itself has become a tragic legacy. As a nation we will have to pay for that day in Dallas eventually.
The chickens are on their way home. They need somewhere to roost.
“We can’t bring him back from the dead!” is one of the dumbest things anyone could possibly say about JFK. Of course we can’t bring him back from the dead. The people responsible for killing him are most likely dead now, too, and we can’t bring them back, either. But to be content with letting the guilty parties off the hook doesn’t serve the interests of justice, and it just seems like a symptom of national sloth and apathy. How can we ever learn from history if we don’t care enough to even record it correctly?
The reason our country is so fucked up now is because of CIA-sponsored pseudo-progressive posers like Peter Dreier who don’t have the guts or the integrity to question authority, and those who allow the MIC, the corporate fascists, and the One Percent to get away with murder.
I really cannot fathom this kind of indifference; especially from a self-proclaimed liberal journalist.
Of course he “doesn’t care” who killed JFK, or RFK, or MLK…or anyone who was responsible for the myriad other crimes since that Deep State coup in 1963. Just like Noam Chomsky says he “doesn’t care” about JFK or the true perpetrators of 9/11…well, you know, FUCK THOSE PEOPLE. They are just shills for the MIC.
Because if you say you DO care, and you decide you want to spend any amount of time investigating the facts and pursuing the real perpetrators of the JFK hit, you get labeled a “conspiracy theorist.” It will cost you respectability, you could lose your journalistic status, and it could severely limit your career prospects (think Gary Webb / Dark Alliance).
The Deep State has known since the assassination of JFK that it can get away with all manner of murder and mayhem – and dictatorship soon! – by way of their control of the “intellectual, liberal, and progressive” class via creature comforts, political access and lengthy careers in their chosen field. Only rarely have they had to resort to murder because people are so easily bought these days, and raw courage is a very rare commodity indeed…
Here’s why it still matters: Shortly after JFK’s assassination, the USA jumped into Viet Nam with both feet, spending $773 billion in today’s dollars on an unwinnable war. Never mind the 58,000 Americans killed, the million-plus Vietnamese dead or the many shattered lives or the permanently shaken faith in our country. It had to happen. There was too much invested in the enterprise.
By the time it was finally over, the Powell Memo had sent the GOP off on a right wing tangent from which the country may never recover.
The culture war we see on the surface goes much deeper than it appears. It goes to the very heart of our survival as an empire, and maybe to our survival as a nation. And there is, and has always been, much evidence that JFK’s assassination was the first shot fired in that war.
What happened on that fateful day in Dallas fifty-four years ago led to the single most important series of events affecting the subsequent history of our country. It persists at the inner most depth – the dark clotted heart – of what is known as the Deep State. It has continuing relevance to foreshadowing what may take place during or after this major watershed year of 2017.
