Human civilization is around 10,000 years old – which is statistically insignificant in the cosmic timeline. The evidence (and logic) suggests that any civilization capable of traveling through the universe and visiting other planets is far older and more technologically advanced than we are.

Recent scientific discoveries have shown that there are potentially billions of inhabitable planets in the universe. Logic suggests that natural cosmic evolution should produce millions – potentially billions – of intelligent civilizations, light years apart from each other in many different regions of this vast cosmos. Logic, reason, and scientific evidence tend to show that the universe is not a huge empty void, but is instead absolutely teaming with life. If a civilization from another part of the galaxy can visit us, their civilization is certain to be far, far older than ours.

And much wiser. For a civilization to survive that long, they must have solved literally every problem which leads more primitive societies to self-destruction: war, energy, food, hierarchy, religious strife, wealth distribution; everything. In other words, a truly civilized society. There is no way for a civilization to survive that long if they haven’t done these things. The only way to accomplish this sort of stature is via total technological and spiritual mastery. You can’t have one without the other.

A civilization that highly advanced must also understand the singular nature of universal consciousness; which means that they perceive the true definition of ‘God’ and therefore they must naturally be peaceful.

Although clearly it is possible there are regressive elements as well. Just look at us.

It is helpful to keep in mind just how backward and primitive Earth civilization is. We should be living on moon bases by now and visiting other planets on a daily basis. Does it really make sense that in 2018 the best we can do is one lousy, obsolete space station? We don’t even have the capability to launch our own astronauts into space anymore (so they say…) Do you really believe America would ever be willing to give up the technological ‘high-ground’ of space to anyone? Think again.

Our society is still based on fear, greed and misplaced power. The real problem is that it’s becoming clear that we have all been duped. Human civilization is being held back in our evolution because we are being denied highly advanced life-saving technologies which could make our society a virtual paradise, instead of the living hell we currently occupy. We are hundreds of years behind where we should be, because we’ve been purposely held back.

The MIC (Military-Industrial Complex) certainly already have incredible, highly advance technology available to them. It’s just all CLASSIFIED.

In light of these facts, it has long been theorized that there exists a secret space program; an enormously complex and astronomically expensive military-corporate space program hidden from public view since perhaps the late 1950s. The case of Gary McKinnon in the UK raised awareness of this explosive issue in the late 90s. He claimed to have hacked into a DoD website and found evidence of a secret space fleet. The American government added credence to his case when it tried to extradite McKinnon for trial in the US. He eventually won his appeal and faded into obscurity.

Richard Dolan is the author of UFOs And The National Security State, Volumes I and II, and UFOs for the 21^st Century Mind. Dolan’s conservative, analytical approach is well known in the UFO community, and his research is above reproach. He is not a wild-eyed contactee or ‘New Age’ proponent. I have met him on a couple of occasions and seen him speak. Dolan is a scholarly historian of the UFO cover-up, with many contacts high within the MIC. He knows what he’s talking about.

Dolan came up with the term ‘Breakaway Civilization’ to describe a separately evolving, totally covert, highly-technologically advanced society with limitless resources available to it. We’re talking about trillions of dollars in resources it has illegally siphoned off from the host society (us) through the military’s ‘Black Budget’ and the global narcotics trade. Major global conglomerates such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Ford Aerospace and many more are also on board. This fascist elite use fear, greed, intimidation and murder to remain invisible at all costs to the host society. These creatures can rightfully be considered global parasites. All under the guise of so-called ‘National Security.’

Anything related to this Breakaway Civilization is classified Above Top Secret with access by Need to Know basis only through Special Access Programs (SAPs). The idea of a ‘breakaway civilization’ is simply that there is a very select, secret group with access to radically advanced technology, radically advanced science…and they just don’t want to share it with the rest of the world. “One scientific breakthrough leads to another, and that leads to another, and so on,” Dolan writes. “So the next thing you know, you’ve got a separate group of humanity that is vastly far beyond the rest of the world.”

How do you think people would react to the knowledge that trillions of their tax dollars have been wasted on unauthorized, unconstitutional projects over the last fifty years? Where do you think all those “missing” Pentagon dollars go? Every year the government is forced to admit to the OMB that it “simply can’t locate” trillions of federal funds. Not only have the taxpayers been deceived and defrauded, they have then been made to pay a premium for these Earth-shattering technological breakthroughs…which were the direct result of research which was paid for by them!

Free energy generation and anti-gravity propulsion ET technologies (probably even cures for every disease, who knows?) have been withheld from mankind for decades, even as corporate partners of the MIC have profited wildly from benefits in electronics, lasers, fiber optics, miniaturization and other breakthroughs. Such covert technology transfers constitute a multi-trillion dollar theft of technologies which really should be public domain – since taxpayers paid for it.

Unfortunately, the most advanced tech is currently being used to create better and more efficient weapons of mass destruction…well, that’s Earth humans for you…

And how do you think the public would react to the fact that NASA’s multi-billion dollar US space program, which has been using primitive solid fuel Russian rockets to launch American astronauts into space for the past decade – has been a dangerous, expensive and totally unnecessary endeavor?

“And if you’ve had any success with [the secret space program],” Dolan continues, “It’s not something you can share with the world. Yet it would be something that would come in very handy for covert missions beyond Earth’s orbit, i.e., a secret space program…” (Cue ominous music).

Government whistle-blowers have testified before Congress that far more advanced technology and environmentally-friendly propulsion systems were in existence long before we ever went to the moon. But as author and lecturer Dr. Steven Greer points out, NASA and related agencies are as much a victim of this secrecy as the rest of the government, and the public at large. Only a small, very compartmentalized fraction of government officials and NASA people know about the real ET technologies hidden away in some of these projects.

This is why the secret must be kept from the public at all costs.

In light of these facts, the words of America’s last President are still as relevant as ever: 

The very word ‘secrecy’ is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers, which are cited to justify it.
