Okay, so now that we have the COVID-19 vaccine, why must every fucking news network keep showing endless scenes of hypodermic needles? Needles getting jabbed into arms, needles being prepped, needles, needles, NEEDLES!

The airwaves are fucking SATURATED with stock footage of everyone getting jabs, from healthcare workers to First Responders to old ladies to Vice Presidents. But the main feature is always the goddam needle!

Always with the needles!

Speaking as someone with a pathological fear of needles, those images serve no purpose but to discourage me from ever getting the vaccine! Is it just me?

I have to ask my doctor for Valium before I get blood drawn! I fucking HATE needles.

Does anyone actually ENJOY looking at needles that fucking much? Seriously. Maybe if you like shooting up or something; I dunno, but I get nauseous at the sight. I know I’m not the only one with this phobia. Why are they trying to actively discourage people from getting inoculated by focusing on the goddam needle so much?

Is it part of some kind of trauma-based programming to condition people to accept needles as a part of everyday life? Like, “Don’t fear the needle” or whatever? It’s creepy the way they keep pushing these new vaccines on everybody. Are they injecting nano-technology or something? I don’t know, but I sure as hell ain’t getting no first run vaccine that hasn’t been fully tested.

I’m not rushing out to have a needle stuck in my fucking arm, in any case.

No, if I have to do it I’m gonna wait until the airlines decide on some sort of protocols, and if I’m required to get vaccinated so I can get on a plane to get the hell out of this country – only then will I relent. I’m sure travelers will need some kind of documentation before they can go anywhere. I’ll just have to hope for the best.

And in the meantime can we lay off with the close ups of all the goddam needles? WTF?
