Nine of the 10 poorest states in America are Red. What does that tell you? The people who vote Republican – mostly poor and working class whites who do so against their own economic interests – are like attack dogs for the rich. They are trained to growl and bark at things like a decent living wage, trade unions, healthcare, unemployment benefits, paid leave and virtually ANY social program which doesn’t directly benefit them – while at the same time they are taught to sit, stay, roll over and play dead when it comes to important things like the trillions of dollars being wasted on endless wars, corporate bailouts, and ever more tax cuts for the rich.

Trump doesn’t preside over the ‘old GOP’. He presides over the American White Nationalist Party: a group of disenfranchised, low-information voters who have seen their upward mobility whittled down to WalMart and McDonalds.

I guess there’s always military service…for whatever that’s worth…

These Untermensch have seen the demographics of America change forever, and they don’t like it. Trump is counting on them, and they come out in droves.

It bears repeating that America is not a Democracy and it is not even a Republic. Not anymore. America is ruled by a military junta: an unelected, anti-democratic neo-fascist regime which has been accountable to no one since the assassination of our last sitting president more than sixty years ago.

It’s hard to accept, but this is the reality Americans must face or they will never truly understand what they are up against. There has been zero accountability for the greatest crime in history.

The vast conspiracy which killed JFK 60 years ago and the conspirators are fully in charge and still running the show right now. But the situation is only just starting to get out of hand. American society is beginning to unravel. The infrastructure is collapsing. Race and gender issues dominate the news. The nation is divided like never before.

Diplomacy is non-existent in American foreign policy. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, our foreign policy is based on A) selling as many weapons to as many countries as possible; B) creating global chaos and strife in order to keep selling weapons and increasing profits to record levels; and C) bribery.

The president has been reduced to nothing more than a weapons salesman for the military-Industrial Complex.

Nobody wants to believe America is ruled by a military dictatorship – least of all Americans – but someone has to say it. Facts are facts. We can believe in The Dream all we want, but that isn’t gonna change anything. Since the end of WWII America has perpetually been on the wrong side of history. We’ve supported the most vile, backward dictatorships and genocidal regimes on the planet – and we still do – for the sake of corporate profits…and nothing else. Freedom and democracy are anathema to these people.

It can’t go on like this forever. Can it?
